JCTC - Career Pathways

Career Pathways is a modular, 10-course program that was developed by the former Joint Career Transition Committee (JCTC) to provide federal government employees with information and tools to help them make informed career choices. It encourages employees to implement life-long learning choices and to realize that career planning is a continuous process. The modules cover the following aspects of career planning and development.
