The recent discontinuation of the LCD Allowance for Whitehorse, Yukon, was discussed at the September 27, 2005 meeting of the National Joint Council (NJC) – Isolated Posts and Government Housing Committee (IPGHC).
In the spirit of open and timely communications, the committee is issuing this communiqué to inform those affected by this change that discussions are ongoing. A special meeting of the committee is scheduled for October 7, 2005 to continue discussions.
