ENTITLEMENTS

Question:  The various entitlements for full time indeterminate employees seem clear to me. However, I am trying to figure out the entitlements for casual, part-time indeterminate employees, specified period (term) employees, seasonal employees and part-time workers under the IPGHD. What is the difference?

Casual

Allowances payable for post pro-rated for the period equivalent to the length of service

Term more than 3 months

Part-time
