The grievors sought that the department accept payment of shelter share cost in local currency without question as to how or at which local exchange rate the local currency has been obtained.
The Administrative Committee considered the report of the Foreign Service Directives Committee.
The Administrative Committee could come to no agreement as to the intent of the Directives.
