The grievor sought a deficiency adjustment.
The grievor was assigned to the Canadian delegation to the OECD at a post abroad. The grievor found private accommodation as no Crown-held accommodation was available.
The Administrative Committee considered and agreed with the report of the Foreign Service Directives Committee in that the grievor had been treated within the intent of the Directives as FSD 25.10 does not apply to private accommodation.
The grievance was denied.
