Background

The employee grieved the Employer's refusal to reimburse the kilometric distance as claimed and the determination that the route travelled was not the most direct, safe and practical.

Executive Committee Decision

The Executive Committee considered the information provided in this case and agreed that the corrective action sought had been granted. Therefore, the Committee agreed that no further action was necessary as the grievance was considered moot.
