The employee grieved the Employer's decision to deny a claim for travel expenses incurred between April 3, 2006 and January 11, 2007, during an acting assignment.

Executive Committee Decision

The Executive Committee considered the information provided in this case and agreed that the employee failed to seek remedy to the situation between the completion of the acting assignment in 2007 and the grievance presentation in 2009. As such, the grievance was deemed untimely and dismissed.
