The grievor sought application of FSD 15.33 relating to her stay in temporary accommodation while on posting in City X.
The Executive Committee considered the grievance in regard to FSD 15 - temporary accommodation.
The Executive Committee could come to no agreement as to the intent of the Directive and therefore came to an impasse on the matter.
