The grievor sought a 30% ADA for the period of occupancy of accommodation abroad.
The Administrative Committee considered and agreed with the report of the Foreign Service Directives Committee in that as all other tenants had their ADA increased to 30% from 20% that the grievor had not been treated within the intent of the Directives.
The Administrative Committee further agreed that a 30% ADA was appropriate.
The grievance was upheld.
