Parking Charges, Old Port, Quebec

The grievors sought that parking charges be withdrawn at their worksite. The

Administrative Committee agreed with the Physical Working Conditions Committee that charges for parking at the site was within the intent of the policy. However, the Administrative Committee recommended that charges not commence until the lot was repaired.

The grievance was denied.
