Deficiency Adjustment

The grievor sought an increase in his deficiency adjustment based on the deficiency adjustment of an employee in the same building.

The Administrative Commit tee considered and agreed with the report of the Foreign Service Directives Committee that although it appeared that another employee in the same building may have received an incorrect deficiency adjustment, this did not effect the grievors' adjustment and the grievor had been treated within the intent of the directives.

The grievance was denied.
