The Union-Management Relations Committee reviews the organization of the NJC, recommends NJC training activities and provides planning and organization for union-management seminars.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (March 2026)
Regular activities:
- The Committee has met three (3) times since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee has begun reviewing nominations for the NJC Special Recognition Award in anticipation of preparing its recommendation to the Executive Committee.
- The Committee continues to plan a webinar for the operational-level labour relations community on union-management relationships and best practices. The Committee is in the process of confirming speaker and event details.
- The Committee is in the early stages of preparing for the NJC Seminar which will take place on September 24, 2026, in Ottawa, ON.
