The Union-Management Relations Committee reviews the organization of the NJC, recommends NJC training activities and provides planning and organization for union-management seminars.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (June, July and August 2026)
Regular activities:
- The Committee has met two (2) times since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee wishes to note the departure of a Bargaining Agent Side representative, Kristen Schrie, from Unifor, Local 2182, and to thank them for their contributions to the Committee.
- The Committee welcomed a new Employer Side representative, Marcia Johnson, from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
- The Committee confirmed speakers and finalized planning for the 2026 NJC Seminar which will take place on September 24, 2026, at the Canada Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa, ON.
