The Union-Management Relations Committee reviews the organization of the NJC, recommends NJC training activities and provides planning and organization for union-management seminars.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (March 2024)
Regular activities:
- The Committee has met three (3) times since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee welcomed a new Employer Side representative, Louise Boudreau, from the Department of National Defence.
- The Committee continued developing content for the 2024 Seminar. The Committee considered speaker suggestions submitted by NJC Working Committee and Board of Management members and is identifying and approaching potential speakers who might support the theme of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility.
