The Union-Management Relations Committee reviews the organization of the NJC, recommends NJC training activities and provides planning and organization for union-management seminars.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (September 2025)
Regular Activities:
- The Committee has met two (2) times since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee wishes to note the departure of Bargaining Agent Side representatives Andrea Dean, from Public Service Alliance of Canada, and Paul Cameron, from International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 2228 and to thank them for their contributions to the Committee.
- The Committee welcomed a new Employer Side representative, Francois Payeur, from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions.
- The Committee continued to plan a learning and networking event on September 24, 2025, following the Council meeting. A venue and speakers have been identified for the event.
- The Committee continues to plan a webinar for the operational-level labour relations community on union-management relationships and best practices in the new year. The Committee is in the process of identifying panelists for the discussion.
