The Work Force Adjustment Committee reviews and recommends changes to the Work Force Adjustment Directive and hears final level grievances on this directive, when required by the Executive Committee.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (December 2025)
Regular activities:
- The Committee has met once (1) since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee discussed their Work Plan for the upcoming year and meeting schedule for 2026. The Committee requested that future presentations be provided on the Department of National Defence Mobility Initiative and the Public Service Commission’s (PSC) role in supporting departments during workforce adjustment.
- The Committee continues to review the PSC Monthly Priority Population Reports.
Cyclical review activities:
- The opting call letter was issued on November 25, 2025. Responses are due by January 9, 2026.
