Background

The employees believe that, further to the NJC's ruling on grievance 21.4.871, they were entitled to reimbursement of meals while outside their headquarters area between July 1999 and October 2002.

Executive Committee Decision

The Executive Committee reviewed the facts in this case and agreed that the grievance was untimely. As such, the NJC does not have jurisdiction to hear the case.
