Relocation: Home Inspection and Relocation of Pet

The Executive Committee considered a grievance with regard to relocation expenses. In examining the grievance, the Executive Committee noticed that the employee was not a member of a represented group. The Executive Committee agreed that it lacked jurisdiction to deal with the matter as the NJC redress procedure only applies to an employee in a bargaining unit where both the employer and the bargaining agent participate in Council.
