Relocation Directive – IRP

The Executive Committee considered a grievance with regard to access to the Integrated Relocation Program (IRP).

The Executive Committee noted that sections 1.12 and 11.03 of the IRP clearly state that the policy is not subject to the grievance process and that the grievor was seeking a remedy that cannot be achieved through the NJC. Consequently, the grievance was denied for lack of jurisdiction.
