Executive Committee Decision
The Executive Committee considered grievances regarding travel expenses. As the grievors' collective agreement contains a specific provision concerning travel conditions when escorting an inmate, the Executive Committee determined, in accordance with previous decisions, that the National Joint Council has no jurisdiction to review these grievances, as per the NJC By-laws paragraphs 13.1.1 and 13.1.2.
