Relocation Expenses – Sale of Home

The Executive Committee considered a grievance with regard to payment for loss of home equity. The Executive Committee noted that payment for loss of home equity is not provided under the NJC Relocation Directive. Consequently, it was determined that the National Joint Council lacks jurisdiction to deal with this matter.
