Note:
Employees who were obliged to pay the cost of daycare during the period of April 9 to August 31, 2020 although the daycare may have been closed due to COVID-19 should contact their FSD Administrator as adjustments to the employee daycare share may apply.
The dollar amounts shall be adjusted annually on April 1st in accordance with the methodology agreed to by the NJC FSD Committee.
