The Relocation Committee reviews the Relocation Directive and hears final level grievances on this authority, when required by the Executive Committee. The Committee also recommends changes to various rates and premiums on a periodic basis.

Regular Activities:
- The Committee has met three (3) times since the last Council meeting and has heard three (3) grievances; two (2) related to employee-requested relocation and one (1) related to application.
Cyclical Review Activities:
- The opting call letter was issued on October 23, 2025. Responses are due by December 4, 2025.
Outstanding Items:
- Three (3) grievances:
- One (1) related to application has been referred to the Executive Committee at their December meeting.
- Two (2) related to employee-requested relocation; one (1) has been referred to the Executive Committee at their November meeting and one (1) will be referred to the Executive Committee at their January meeting.
