Note: A format change to the monthly PSHCP contribution rate tables has been implemented to provide greater clarity in the components that comprise the employee / pensioner contribution rates and their different cost sharing arrangements.  Under the new format, Employee, Members of the Canadian Forces / RCMP, and Pensioner monthly contribution rates will be segregated into their Extended Health Provision and Hospital Level Coverage rate calculation components while the employer costs will be displayed in a new Appendix D.
